Policies

Please review and familiarize yourself with the policies listed below prior to scheduling any services. These policies are designed to help us operate more efficiently, provide a higher level of quality services to all customers, and streamline practices across our organization.

Holiday Rates

There will be an additional $3 per visit charge for visits that occur on the following holidays:

  • New Year's Day
  • Mardi Gras Day
  • Easter Sunday
  • Memorial Day
  • 4th of July
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

Same Day Requests

Visits requested same day, or with less than 24 hour notification, will incur an additional $3 per visit surcharge. This will only apply to those visits scheduled within 24 hours of the notification or request, and not necessarily the entire reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Changes and cancellations should be received at least 24 hours prior to the first visit. Changes and cancellations not received at least 24 hours prior to the first visit will incur a $10 processing fee. In the event you forget to cancel and we show up at your location, the normal amount will be charged for that visit plus the $10 processing fee for future visits, should any future visits exist and need to be cancelled.
